Individuals wishing to obtain a replacement copy of their official transcript or diploma must contact MESRS directly. There is no fee. Requests must include the student’s permanent code and the mailing address where the transcript or diploma is to be sent.

A student copy of a transcript for personal use may be obtained by emailing Ms. De Paola, Academic and Vocational Counsellor, with the request as well as your permanent code at ldepaola@lbpearson.ca.
Access your MEES Provincial Transcripts Online from your Fusion portal. All Grade 10 & 11 students can check official grades on your "relevé de notes" as of July 5th, 2019. You must create your online account beforehand. You will need both your file/fiche number and your permanent code which are both available on your Fusion account settings page.
